Brighter Smiles ~ YOUR ROOF IS LEAKING?

I was on my way back to my office the other day from lunch and saw a woman in front of her house that “used to be” one of my patients. I try not to let these things bother me but it always seems to come back to haunt me. Why does this person not come to me anymore? Did I say something? Was it something I did or didn’t do? Why don’t they like me or my office? Would I do anything differently if I had another opportunity with this person?
